Requesting Validation from Palisades collection

Palisades collection apear on my credit report every three are four years disappear and come back. Palisades says they got my account from Heilimeyers. I talk with Heilimeyers and they say my account with them have been closed for over 7 years. Palisades is talking about a account that was just made, but i didnt just open up an account in over 7 years. This is not a refusal to pay, but i am requesting validation. I am just ready to remove them from my credit report. See if u can make a settlement with them between 70%-90% of the total and have the collection remove from my credit report. thank u

You need to send Palisades a debt validation letter, and you can also dispute this item yourself on your credit reports.Do pay,or offer to pay anything, until you have validaton that this is a ligit debt, and they are allowed to collect it.
