Welcome to the forum! Sorry it has taken so long for someone to respond to your post. There must've been a lot of posts, and yours just moved down the list.
If you have your loan documents, the apr must always be disclosed in writing, so check them. If you don't have the documents, call the lender and ask,they should be able to provide you with this info.
