I've been searching old threads and havent found anything on them.

National Money Store & Plat B Services are not listed with the State of Indiana's Department of Financial Services.

Anyone from Indiana? Have you ever dealt with these people?

A loan company must be licensed in the state where they extend loans to the borrowers. Read the fine prints you signed with them and figure out whether any illegal interests are charged on your account. If this is happening, fill out the dispute/argument form and make them correct the errors. You must pay what your state allows. You should also make your attorney general aware about this business who are lending in your state without a valid license.

These idiots contacted me in regards to an ipdl I had with ASAP, which was handled by my AG's office and marked paid in full. There were two foreigners who attempted to threaten me, they actually called me from a cell phone, I called it back and the idiots got mad and wanted to know how I got the number. Once I threatened them right back and then questioned whether they were actually legal to work in the states, they never bothered me again.

They were calling themselves Bahama Marketing, stated they were the "in house" collection dept. for ASAP, as well as other ipdls. These ipdls go by so many different names it isn't funny. I thanked them for allowing their cell phone number to show up on my caller ID and if they called me one more time I was going to turn it over to the INS.
