Palisades is ruining my credit. I have disputed my account for years. I can never get documentation or verification that the account is mine. What can i do?

Credit bureau, debt collector or the creditor cannot report inaccurate negative items on the consumers file. Ask for the results of investigation if the CRA continues to report the item. You may consult with an attorney who deals with lawsuits of FCRA violations
