Want to combine debt and stop interest

I own a business/Law Firm called the Law Firm of Anthony D. Denaro, P.C. in New York. I own 2 houses on Long Island, New York. I have over $250K equity in one of the homes. However, my credit rating is very low and I cannot re-finance. I wanted to pay off all of my creditors and close out all of the unsecured debt, however, no bank seems to want to refinance my house due to poor credit rating.
