My Story;
Late one evening I heard these screams coming from my living room. I grabbed my trust sawed off Big Harley and went to investigate. in the living room my phone was crying, allied collection service has called again,10 times 10 different people, that sounded alike,also my mother, my 5 brothers,it was relentless .I talked to them once,they have the authority to call anytime,anyplace,no government law was able to stop them.I told them if you think I am this person,then because you have my phone number then by default you know where I am.stop around myself and my Brother Harley. want to settle up.

All CAs are bound by Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. The law protects every consumer from illegal collection activities of the debt collectors. These companies have demonstrated that the laws are not as important as your rights and they just want to make money from everyone illegally

collection agencies don't have the authority to call anyone without a valid purpose. Sue the company if you have proof of their breaking the laws. Record the phone calls and keep a note of date, time and the person you spoke with. Make sure that you are aware of the laws in your state. In some states, you need to have permission of both parties before recording the call.

allied interstate is the worst collection agency. They need to be shut down immediately. Everyone complains about their illegal collection tactics
