Cashnet500(Global Payday) called my husband regarding the letter that we sent and faxed to them in which for a $300 pdl they started debiting the acct, for $90 every two weeks since 8/11/2006 resulting in an overpayment of $780. A Mr. Anthony called my husband at work and told him that they were in Utah and that they are not a "brick and mortar" and that they were not going to refund because they are not subject to the Florida law. My husband mentioned something about "Interstate Business" and that he (husband) was going to get his $$ one way or another. Mr Anthony hanged up. What can I do? anyone that I can complaint besides the AG? I definetely want to go after this people Please advise Thanks

They are one of the hardest to go after . . . . My state (Oregon) is currently investigating them, and even with the State Licensing office calling them on my behalf, they still wouldn't even mark me PIF, let alone refund my money . . . . I just gave up, and they stopped bugging me, but I'd just pepper them with letters and phone calls until they decide it's too much trouble to not mark you PIF . . . .

I actually talked to a guy in the Utah payday licensing office, and he told me they weren't licensed there either. Cashnet500 will say anything to make you pay, and no matter what law you throw at them they just throw some lame response back. I recall reading on one of the threads that "Cashnet500" no longer gives loans, they now just refer people.

BTW - Cashnet500 also goes by Global Payday and USACashExpress . . . . . I'm sure there are others too.

Oops! I did not know that they were paydayloan-yes Maybe I should tell them that with the overpayment I made in Cashnet500 they should mark the file (paydayloan-yes) PIF.!

I live in Utah. I physically checked out the office space they are at. They are listed as Global Payday Solutions, Inc. (not licensed to do business in Utah). They do go by Payday-Loan-Yes as well (also not license in Utah). The office location is an office share where they have one receptionst answering the lines for several businesses and to collect the mail. I temped there a few years back. the office space has some offices, but most clients do not maintain office space. They just use receptionist services. I sent my letter to them at the address in Utah because I didn't have an address in Delaware. A few weeks later, a Mr. McPheeters emailed me telling me they were licensed. I knew better because I'm a paralegal and checked with the Dept. of Commerce both online and by phone. Salt Lake County also requires a business license as well, so I recommend any complaints also be sent to the Salt Lake County Business Licensing office. Here's their link. http://www.slco.org/bus/reg_faq_start.html and I hope this link doesn't get deleted.

I've traced their land line to Holly Oak, Delaware. The line is registered to the company name of United Quick Cash. I won't have anymore details on this until tomorrow.

O.K. Struttin my stuff  By the way, Holly Oak is a suburb of Wilmington. I've already checked yellow pages and they aren't listed. This tells me they aren't a storefront. They probably just have office space where they do their operations and don't want people to know where they are.

Guaranteed they're watching this site. The address in Utah is 4001 South 700 East, Suite 500, Salt Lake City, UT 84107. Deluge the AG's office and the S.L. County Business Licensing with your letters. With all the heat on them they'd be stupid to try to register now.

O.K. folks. Here's the info. Sorry for getting it on late, but I had to work OT. Here's how it went down.

I've been getting e-mail from CashNet500 for the last several weeks. Finally, they started calling me at work. I have caller ID and refused to take their calls. Finally, one day I wrote the number down. 302-791-9666. I did a reverse phone look up and came up with a landline originating out of Holly Oak, Delaware. The landline is registered to a business entity called United Quick Cash. Went to U.S. Search and they came up with nothing because they screwed up the search. (I have to dispute fees now). So, I took it to the paralegal that does corporate searches at work. She pulled a Dun & Bradstreet for me. Here is the info she came up with.

United Quick Cash LLC
333 Naamans Rd.
Claymont, DE 19703-2801
New Castle County, Delaware

Telephone 302-792-2209

Owner: Glenn Fitzgerald

Line of Business: Business Services & Mailing and Messenger Services

No. of Employees: 2

Now looking at the information, you would think that there's a possibility that this is not the right business. However, there are two important things to look at here: 1) The D&B report pulled up only one entity in the entire state of Delaware by the name of United Quick Cash. 2) There is a difference between my research and the D&B report (United Quick Cash in Holly Oak vs. United Quick Cash in Claymont). So, I went to a zip code map. Holly Oak is zip code 19809. Claymont is zip code 19703. There is a difference of 2.69 miles from Claymont to Holly Oak. (Walking distance).

Guys, we found a major player for United Quick Cash, aka CashNet500, aka Payday-Loan-Yes, etc. So, get those letters started. Now we can provide contact information to the AG's office. Shall we say ... Exposed!

This united quick cash keeps calling my number and won't leave a message and hangs up when I do answer. I have never done business with them. Any ideas why they keep calling. I have had this phone number for over 15 years. If anybody knows why...please let me know. :?:

today i started searching the web about what i could find out on the number 302-791-9666 bc i had gotten a loan with them under paydayloanyes and two weeks after that i got layed off so in return i spoke to someone there about it would take me sometime to pay this back the person i spoke to said that they would take it out of my uneployment with out my permission. so i avoid their phone calls trying to say money to pay them back but in return over the past few months all i have gotten from these ppl is hell. it seems as if there is only a female and a male that answers the phone bc every time they call or i would call them it would sound like the same ppl over and over. i live with family and they have been rude to my mother as well calling her a old hag and telling her to tell me to watch my back bc they r coming for me. well yesterday they took it to far i should have reported them to the police when they threaten me that they was coming after me but yesterday and i have this recorded a mr tom standly wanted to call me a dead beat and then told me to tell my mother to stay in her house bc he was going to have a white van sit in front of it and for her safety not to leave her home and have the police watch out for this white van. he even said that his company threatens ppl if they want and that they can talk anyway they want to ppl that if u did not pay the money back then they could threaten your life and there was nothen u can do about it. these ppl or person need to b closed down for good no matter who u r if u pay ur debts or not u should never have anyone threaten ur life or ur familys life...so watch out for payday loan yes it dont matter who they speake to they dont care and they wont stop till someone stands up to them a report them to who ever can shut them down.
