My counselor called and because Im 25K in CC debt, they would like me to go this route.

Ive been reading reviews and I have found people to be pretty happy with there services, so Im looking to see what people dont like about them.

My biggest thing is that Im putting this in someone else's hands, do they really work for you like they say they do?

Anyones opinions would be so appreciated!!
Thanks so much!

Are you talking about Superior debt relief? I will say yes because there are some good feedbacks about them.

Be aware that you are signing a debt settlement program, not a debt consolidation plan. The accounts will remain defaulted in this plan and you will have to deposit money into the new account before your settlement company starts negotiating with your creditors. Most creditors don't want to work with any debt settlement companies except the consumer, but if there is no way of getting the money back, they will settle the balance.

In most cases, I have heard people getting impatient because of not getting results from the settlement company as expected. This program takes time and the settlement company has signed with you for offering their services. In case, you are not happy with their services, cancel the contract and claim for a refund. Read the fine print thoroughly before signing it. Check with SDR if they have already done any negotiations with your credit companies in the past and got successful results. This will give you some assurance.
