Filed Complaints on Bass and Assoc

Bass and Associates is a collection agency from what I have read that is collecting on the behalf of some payday lenders. I have dealt with one of their affiliates myself so I can understand your frustration. Yes, you can still send the dv letter to them. This will help protect you in some ways. You can request that the orignal creditor not contact you at home or work in writing. I have done that myself to stop the phone calls at work.

How do I go about getting the dv letter? I have an address for Bass and Assoc in Jacksonville, FL. I hope thats the right one.

What does the word "flagged" mean? Anyone know? Should I go buy a flag pole now? :)

"flagged" means, the file is *highlighted* or marked for immediate attention
