If you use IE (shame on you), go to tools, and then internet options. On the General tab, hit the "delete files" button. Then, hit the "Settings" button and choose "automatically" under the "check for new versions of stored pages".
Now, if you use Firefox (you rule - getfirefox.com), you would go to tools, then clear private data.
