Westbury Ventures- What should I do? PLEASE HELP!

I emailed Ryan back from Westbury Ventures Tuesday and is in the process of mailing letters as well saying that I will not pay anymore then my state allows and that I had file a complaint with the AG in my state and the BBB and this morning I receieved the following email from him....



It's a generic letter. They will send it to anyone whose account is in default or to someone like you from whom they want to collect more money. Keep your ground strong with all documentation complete. Keep returning their mails with your point. You are doing right according to your state laws. There should not be a problem.

The smae thing happened to my husband and I and I broke. I finally gave them our new acct. no. and they took their money alright. We owed 113.64 and they took 350.00. I got a hold of them and they told me they would give my money back but it would take awhile. I told them it did not take long to jerk it out why could they not put it back quick. They said it was not the same thing and it would take longer. So we may not get ours back but I will change my bank acct no. again as much as I hate to.
