has anyone dealt with stockwell resources?

I am from Nebraska. I called the 800 number at 9:15 am and talked with Keith. He was rude and stated that my refund had been issued. I asked if he a check or other form had been sent and he stated that he had already told me this information several times before and hung up on me.

well i've been trying to call them and it keeps giving a busy singal. has anyone that has received a check that was written on comerica called comerica to tell them what is happening, maybe if we flood comerica with calls about stockwell resources , then maybe them as a large bank would investigate and call the police as well.

well i just spoke with keith asked were my refund was its been a month today and still havent received it. all he said was check the mail. i said thats it check the mail. you could definetly tell in his voice he's not a happy camper right now. i sure hope he finds himself in a jail.

i also talk to keith he is very misable today he said i have told you several times you will receive your check in the mail then he hung up on me

I changed my bank account around and put a fraud alert on my credit report, they did not run credit on me either, and also said they were told by creditors that i was a red flag and would not make my payments. Tried to call but the line was busy.

well just some more info here, i just got a response by email from the edmoton police that they were going to check into this as well. also i received an email from consumer affairs in canada who also is going to look into it. also my states attorney general as sent me a letter that they would also investigate this company. so hopefully we are getting some head way. as anyone heard back from the better business bearau?

hey guys check this out stockwellresources.co.uk they have changed their format before when you applied for a loan with them it went to the org. stockwellresources website, now it is different and has a differnt phone number.

hey does anyone know how to call a toll free number in the uk on the other site stockwellresource.co.uk it has a number of 0-808-101-6779 i tried and couldnt get it to work right, id like to see if when you call this number it rings to our buddy keith. let me know if anyone can get in touch with them

this company Stockwell Resources sunt me a fraudulent check for $4200 dollars.I never sent them any money that they required but they sent me that fake a** check! STAY AWAY FROM THEM THEY'RE FAKE

i have been dealing with them too but the sent me a 4200.00 dollar check and want me to send them back 2200 for the over sease taxes or something but i have not been asked to send any of my own money yet. they told me i don't have to pay out of pocket befor i get the laon. it seems strange so i had my bank put a 14 day hold on the check. lets see what happends.

i am from alabama. my bank returned me a photocopy of the check, they didnt let my check clear.

Jenni - If you bank for some reason clears the check do not touch that money for at least a month or two. Some banks take a while to find that a check is forged. I would be SHOCKED if this check of yours is real . . . . . Please be careful, if you send them any of that money you will be resonsible for paying it back to your bank.

thnaks for the heads up i will not be sending them any money. i doubt my check will clear and if it does i am going to talk to my bank they already know i was very skeptical of the check. i will be trying to contacvt some one about this fake company and forward all my documents keith sent me, and see if i can't help stop these jerks.
since i am not getting a loan through these people, does anyone know a good loan company that works with people whoe have bad creit, cause i do still need a loan.

The check could take up to a year to come back fake. DONT spend any of the money I am paying back my bank 4200. Its fake!!!! even if it makes it past your hold time at the bank you will be held accountable. The company is fake dont do it!

The bank is only "responsible" for clearing the check. If the check was written on a "valid" account, but is a forgery it can take however long for the banks to realize it's a forgery.

My suggestion to all of you is this:

Do not cash, deposit, or anything with these checks. Take them directly to your police. Forged checks is another crime these people are committing (aside from the fraudulant loans).

I was told 2.5 weeks a go that my $4200 check was being held by us customs at the canadian border. And that ups would call stockwell when they released it. Kieth and his whole crew are full of shit. Dont send them anything they lie.

i than every one that has been scammed by stockwell resources should file a complaint with the FBI i thank the more complaints the better sooner or letter we are going to get some results.

i sent them 2300 for a 15000 loan back on feb 12th 2006 still haven't receive any fund of yet told them at the end of feb i just wanted my money back but havent received it yet after fighting with keith for 2 weks he finally gave me a tracking # the carrier lost my check and now as of the 19th of march i'm unable to contract them it either ring or is busy has any body eles have this problem they did tried to send out the money or something to me but not it got lost that is weird let me know as well with the fbi to if any thing happens

hey guys i've been out sick so havent been able to do much, but i did call the 800 number today and it rang i asked where my refund was and the guy was asking me how i got this number, i said it was the number i always call, he said his name was pat and he was in the detroit michigan office, this was the number for when someone receives a check, if my memory serves me well i have spoken to pat before who was supposed to be at the edmonton office sounds fishy, and i stil havent received my refund check either and it has been over a month. did anyone watch dateline the other night they did a story on stuff like this. ill let ya know if i find anything else out.

I got scammed by these people too. My account is now overdrawn because a check they sent me, that I deposited in my account, was returned after I tried to withdraw against it.

hey scammed i just called the 800 number and the operator came on and sad the number you have dialed is not in service so we all have been officialy screwed from them.

i will go on any investgatate as well i want to get these people i talk to keith today and told him about it getting lost in ohio the name of the carrier they used was purolator carrier i have a claim with them on the check as well as with dhl anouther carrier that puroator deals with so do u email aclaim to the fbi or call them i also called phone busters as well and the ftc and failed a claim i told keith that i hope they get caught and i fought with him every day as well called him every name in the book my name is wendy i'm in pennsylvania

wstitely and any one else who needs this information to file a complaint with the FBI type in FBI INTERNET and complete the form and tell how much money you were scammed for they will ask do you know any one else who has been scammed they will ask for there names and web address but no one has posted there name or web address but file the complasint any way that is what i did.i thank the FBI is the best way toinvestagate or go on date line good luck.as i said before we all need to file a complaint with the FBI the more complaints the better.it would be better if some one file a complaint with all of our names and web address on it would make a stronger case.

i filed the fbi complaint and also the 800 nuber is shut down now i did get thur today earlier but haven't been able to now keith said that he couldn't issue the check again guess it is getting to close to hm for him now with getting caught and all i hope the do catch them also talk to a sharron and richard henry too please keep me up to date on any new info also i had my boyfriend call the cell phone # and some guy answered and said it was his personal cell and wanted to know how he got the # he acted suprised as well

well henderhawk looks like you are right they took us all their number now is disconnected. i have found though that the other website stockwellresources.co.uk is still working i applied for a loan on that website to see if they will call me but i doubt they will, it does have a contact phone number but it is in the UK i dont know how to dial a number that is in the uk. also i think we need to get someone to research that cell phone number that we have i beleive it is keith i called it and it sounds just like him and he was very concerend on how i got that number. well lets keep this going with any new infromation that might can help getting these people caught.

called the cell # today as well and it was keith and i hung up didn't talk he called back and my boyfriend answered and he demanded to know if we just called and my boyfriend ask him if he was keith he wouldn't answer just started to yell and told us to stop calling that # i also filed a conplain with the fbi going to file with the state attorney general as well i also filed with bbb too has anybody turned over there checks they got dhl called me today and said they were unable to locate the shippment the richard henry sent to me the said the would do some more research as well and will contact me monday

this is the 7 person that has call him today and that this is his personal phone and he is not this keith guy
that everyone is calling for and who everyone has got his number

The same thing happened to me. I kept on calling them asking where my loan was and they said it was in the mail.
About three weeks later the number I had to call was disconected. There was two females and at least one guy.
I reported it to the Florida AG. Have yet to hear about it.
Please beware of these people. I found out the hard way too. $1,000 for $10,000.
I guess they are still in business and now using money gram. I had to use western union.

i wonder if stockwell seen this site and know that we are contracting all autorites as well

henderhawk go back to page 6 and read my statement about the cell phone it even tells you who is the provider if i can find that much information just thank what the FBI can find out if any one who have not filed a complaint please use the cell phone number because i thank it will be easier to trace than the 800 number because the cell phone has to have an address to mail the bill to.i tried to file the 800 number and the cell number but i could only file 1 number and i filed the 800 number my mistake.

not sure if the name is right but it sounded like bell credit insurance they called me again today i talked to them they offered me a loan for 5000 but they waited me to pay six months upfront first and i told them that was illegal anys their # is 1-888-290-0419 call them as well and see what they say they said they put it thur to major bank companys like bank of america and it was declined but got approved thur some outher company

guest bell credit insurance sound like another scammn to me.if it was me i would not pay any money up front for a loan ever again i've got burned for $1,000 that is enough to wake me up it only take once for me good luck and i hope i'am wrong.
