I checked that site and they're legal in my state.

There's no payment plan required.

If anyone has any step by step instructions on what to do it would be greatly appreciated.

I can't really close my bank account until the 23rd because my IRS refund check will be deposited on that day. I hope to pay off at least 2 loans with that.

I'm going to pm you a name of a company, contact them, they may work with storefronts, I know they work with the other pdls.

Take a breath and calm down a bit...the situation will improve, I promise you! Take the advice offered here by the members above. We've all been in your shoes, some worse than others. Your situation is not unusual, and you are not alone here.

I called the company you recommended Steelers. They said they have worked with some but others won't work with them. I'm going to call back with a list and see what they say.

Meanwhile I've been searching the companies on the site. Looks like I'm in for the ride of my life.

Does T&C only deal with internet loans?

Payday loans are legal in CAL also it the Iternet PDL that are the most trouble But.. Talk to the lenders.. MOST will work with you. they cant send you to jail.. They can call but I have found most creditors will help if they can..
I had one that told me if my check bounced come in and talk.. DOnt avoid them and they would work with me. It never came to that.. but it was nice to know...
