Anna Nicole Smith Dies

Apparently in Anna's 2001 will she left everything to her dead son, Daniel. Howard K. Stern was to be the trustee. Apparently, Howard K. Stern may have to withdraw as executor due to his close relationship to Anna.

The will did not specify where she wanted to be buried. It still looks like there will still be a fight over the estate and the baby. The will did not
provide for future children and spouse.

Will we have to wait and see on this continuing saga.

Today begins hearings about where Anna Nicole Smith will be buried. It is basically between Howard K. Stern and Vergie Arthur, her mother. Since Anna Nicole Smith did not state where she wanted to be buried in her will.

Howard K. Stern is being investigated in California.
Plus he is dealing with the other men coming out of the woodwork claiming they could have fathered the child. The odds are Larry Birkhead fathered Anna's baby.

There will be issue also about Anna Nicole Smith will be probated. It will probably considered like she has no will. Everything will be go to Dannilynn Stern. NO guarantee that Howard K. Stern will be appointed executor of her estate.

All the news programs are saying that the legal mess of Anna NIcole Smith could go on for months or even years.

I just feel so sorry for that baby, I was watching Entertainment news Sunday night and they showed Howard reuniting with the baby for the first time since the death...you could see how hard that baby was gripping him..it was sad.

I didnt think Anna Nicole recieved her millions from you husband. I thought that was overturned? I didnt know she had a huge estate other then getting money from her reality show and her trimspa. I do think it is sad though. She was only 3 years older then me. I do feel bad for the baby though.

tweety71 - you are right Anna has not ever received any money from the Marshall estate. She was granted in her day in court. Anna's estate can carry this through. Although the Marshall family has vowed Anna will never receive any money from them.

It is unclear exactly what is in Anna's estate. She does own a house in California. She has received money from Trimspa. If her will is probated in California since her will was not updated from 2001, it will considered like she has no will. Everything will go to Dannilynn.

Apparently whoever is proven to be Dannilynn's father may be the guardian of the estate.

It is really a legal mess.

The judge has ruled that the lawyer representing Dannilynn will get custody of the body and Anna Nicole Smith will be buried in the Bahamas.

Yes the baby's lawyer get the remains of Anna Nicole.
Anna's mother has filed an appeal about the ruling of her remains. If the mother's appeal is rejected then in about 10 to 15 days, Anna will be buried beside her
son.

Larry and Howard are now working toward the welfare of Dannilynn. Our parties are supposed to be working together to end this soap opera.

I saw that on Nancy Grace last night. I think her mother just needs to let her daughter be laid to rest so she can be at peace. I was surprised to see Howard and Larry together at a press conference but I'm glad they agree on where she needs to be buried.

The paternity suit has moved to Bahamas.
Anna still is not able to be buried to her mother, Vergie Arthur, appealing the judge's decision.

It was good the young boy got found. I still think they have not found his kidnapper.

Apparently both issues about the paternity & custody of Dannilyn are put off until March. Also the issue about the house owned by Ben J. Thompson that Howard K. Stern will be settled in March 2007.

As I see it, here is what needs to be done, bury the woman next to her son in the Bahamas. Everyone has stated that is where she wanted to be. Tell the mother to back off. I think she is in it for the publicity to say she is ANS's mother and get her 15 mintues of fame. I am not saying she isn't grieving, but considering how her daughter felt about her, Anna would not want to be buried in TX. It has been what, 20 days since she died and it has become a circus. Demand that Howard do the parternity test. If he is the father, I don't understand why he wouldn't just do the test and be done with it and get on with his life one way or another. If he isn't the father, give the baby to whomever is the father and maybe let Howard have some visitation. I think this has just gotten way out of hand. I sometimes feel that everyone is trying to get their 15 minutes of fame and stretching everything out as long as they can to get it, and that includes the 1st judge with all his theatrics. It angers me sometimes with how Anna's mother is acting. I am sure she is hurting and has a lot of regrets about how things were between her and her daughter, but geez, respect her daughter's wishes and let the girl rest in peace with her son, and I don't mean digging up her grandson and moving him to TX also. It is just crazy!!

I totally agree with you. I heard on the radio this morning that Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern might possibly work out a custody agreement. I guess Stern is willing to turn the child over to Birkhead if is he promised part of the possible fortune. As they said on the radio, what a pig!

Of course, it all comes down to money and fame! I thought the girl was crazy and brought a lot of things on herself, but dang...I am at the point to where I feel sorry for her. Even in death there is still drama for her and I am sorry, no one deserves this much drama in death as what she is going through.

Anna is finally going get buried beside her son in the Bahamas. The funeral will be Friday. They are going to give her a lavish funeral. A special made dress and singer.

A hearing on the Horizons mansion owned by Ben Thompson will be March 14.

I didn't realize James Brown wasn't buried yet and he died in December. That is so sad. I feel sorry for Anna Nicole myself. The thought of her laying around in a morgue all this time is rather gruesome. I'm glad to read they have come to some resolution and she will finally be buried. I saw briefly on the news where her mother finally met the baby. I wonder why Stern is being so generous all of a sudden.

I am also glad that she if finally going to be buried. I think 20 some days was way too long for her to be "in waiting". Finally she is going to be laid to rest with the one person she loved the most, her son. I just read that there were going to be about 300 guest at her memorial and it was going to be very pink, since that was her favorite color and that more than likely it will be a closed casket, but that wasn't 100%. She also has a custom made gown that she is going to be buried in. Her graveside service was going to be for about 30 people.

I believe I read that now they were going to try to get some DNA from James Brown. The article I read said they wanted the DNA to help sort out several parternity claims made against him the past few months along with making sure the little 5 year old boy is really his. Evidently everyone has agreed where he is to be buried, but just hasn't gotten there yet. Read thsi on the 27th.

It is really a shame that these people have to go through all this. I am just glad, for Anna Nicole, that she is finally going to be laid to rest.

Seems everyone but Howard are willing to do the paternity test. If he really believes he is the father, I don't see why he would be so against it.

Thought I had heard something about Daniel's biological father trying to have him moved to texas. This guy has not seen or had any contact with his son since he was little and now wants to have him moved to TX. Why can't they just let these people rest in peace and leave them alone? I really hope that neither of them will be disturbed once all Anna is buried.

I have a problem with funerals in the first place. I think it's gross to lay out someone's dead body for others to look at. I'm sure a lot of people don't agree, but I think it's gross. But then to bury them, and then dig them up and MOVE them....That's just sick.

I watched part of the funeral on ET Friday night. I have to admit I was crying. I think some of the things that Howard said during his speech were unnecessary. He was using her funeral as a platform at getting back at the others. That is my opinion only but I'm glad her wishes were finally carried out. I also heard where Daniel's father is trying to have the son's body moved back to Texas. Why now? He wasn't a fixture in his son's life for years. It sounds like her mother could have something to do with this since she tried to stop Anna's funeral on Friday morning. I agree with Jessi, just let them rest in peace.

I agree - RIP Daniel and Anna Nicole. The paternity case needs to be decided soon. I know the baby is only 5 months old, but come on people, get it over with and let this child live her life in relative peace and security.

Nothing has been settled about the house in the Bahamas. Another hearing is scheduled for Friday.

Nothing will be released about Anna's autopsy until the police are through investigating. Supposedly it is not suspected to be a homicide.

I read also that Anna Nicole Smith had a love child with a Native American in 2001. Supposedly she was not fat but pregnant. She did not want to get out to ruin her show. The father has all the paperwork where Anna signed all rights to the son over to the father. Also, Anna made $10,000 payments monthly so he could take care of the child. The son's name is Marshall. I am really surprized the father has not gotten a lawyer and filed a suit against her estate.

Now we have that detective guy that came out and said that Anna's son wanted him to investigate Howard. I had not heard anything about the "love child". This thing just keeps having more and more drama. Who needs to watch soap operas with made up stories, there is an actual real life story going on about Anna Nicole Smith! What a mess.

A phoenix newspaper printed the article about Johnny Soto and his son, Marshall. Johnny apparently has the pictures and paperwork to back it up.

This will be interesting if this is true. If so, Marshall Soto could share Dannilynn inheritance, if there really is any.

Today at 10:30 am Anna Nicole smith autopsy will reveal what she died of. A leak revealed that she had abcess from a shot from a dirty needle - blood poisoning. According to the leak, she died on an overdose of sleeping pills.

Howard K. Stern received a Notice of Eviction from Horizons.

Howard K. Stern is appealing the DNA taken from Dannilyn.

The second house in Bahamas that Anna was buying is not ready and not worth $500,000 to make her citizenship legal.

Virgie Arthur being sued by her Bahamas lawyers for not paying them.

A movie is being made about Anna NIcole Smith.

It is official she died of pills overdose.
No crime was involved.

Tommorrow begins the inquest of her son, Daniel's death.

Yes, it is sad that the press is more interested in the soap opera of Anna Nicole Smith.

It is more important about the servicepeople serving over there and dying. Gas prices. Foreclosures on homes.

Anna Nicole Smith died of drug overdose. She had over 7 different medications in her system.
She had abcess from a shot in her private area. Which was either a B-12 shot or growth hormone.

Howard K. Stern is in trouble in California. His company has not filed taxes since 2002. He has not paid property taxes on Anna Nicole Smith California house. He cannot get any money from this money until he pays what he is owed to California.
