What state do you live in?
check out this site www.paydayloaninfo.org and make sure the lenders you are dealing with are following the laws of your state.
Most likely the storefront ones are following the laws, but it doesn't hurt to double check and they are also the ones who you are going to want to deal with ASAP.

Hi and welcome to the forums! We are so glad you're here--and trust me, we have been and ARE there!
A little PDL education for you, first. You said you had 8 internet and three storefronts, right? In the PDL world, you definately want to deal with those storefronts first.
This is because storefronts generally have a valid business license in the states they are in, which means they are usually following state laws and are more likely to take you to civil court.
Internet PDL's are for the most part not licensed in your state and as such are much less likely to take you to court. This is why it's imperative to work with your storefronts first.
Also, let me clarify one important fact: PDL's CAN NOT TAKE YOU TO PRISON!!!!! Oliver Twist has died--there are no debtor's prisons! You can, however, be sued in civil court, especially if it's a storefront loan.
One other thing you need to do: sit down and figure out how much you've paid on each loan, fees and all. If you have paid back the original loan at an interest rate that's legal in your state, demand that your accounts be marked paid in full or file claim with your state's attorney general.
Good luck to you and come back often, OK/
