Loan with FSM/CMG

I am having problems contacting fsm/cmg. I noticed that there was someone who has the same loan. I faxed the paper to take out the full amount and they are still taking out $60.00. Can't find the paper i faxed. Can someone help me.

This is one of those companies that will continue to debit the fee over and over until you stop them or get lucky and get ahold of them.
