I've worked out deals to pay off the principle of 3 of my pdls. Today Omega Capital called asking if, I was able to come up with an arrangement with Andy Watkins for the $425 I owed. I told her that according to Andy "I had paid atleast $140 of the $200 ipdl, or the amount owed would be $576. (which i recorded the phone convo. w/Andy, and let him know I was recording.)"
I then let her know that I had applied my states allowable fees, intrest for the $200 ipdl and after subtracting what had been paid in for ext., rollovers, etc. the final balance on the principal was $143.99. I then told her that I'd be willing to pay $20.77 for 7 mths. The lady then informed me that she was hanging up, that she wasn't even entertaining my proposal. I said well go ahead and hang up, bye.
That was it... thought it was pretty funny the sound in her voice. :D

Send the proposal to the company in writing. You should be able
Send the proposal to the company in writing. You should be able to show a proof that you were taking care of the debts. They will always try to prove your irresponsibility. Although, you have the phone call recorded, sending a letter CMRRR will also count as a good move.
