I have dealt with CashNet, PayDay OK, and DMS. CashNet are a nightmare to deal with, not cooperative at all. Your best bet is to figure up how much you legally owe them per your state's payday loan laws, then send money order payments to them until the loan is paid off. They will tell you they only accept payments via Western Union, MoneyGram, Direct Debit or credit/debit card. Don't fall for it....send your payments via money order.
As for PayDay OK, they are a bit more reasonable and easier to work with. DMS are not easy to work with either. Don't let them intimidate you, and use the same approach in dealing with them as you do CashNet.

Search on each of the companies in the google bar at the top of the page and find active discussions on them. You will know others experiences on each of these companies and make your next move. Be an informed consumer and be aware of the laws in your state. All pdl companies are bound to follow the laws and you can make them work on your terms. If there is any problem dealing with anyone, just take the help of your DA and make them look into your concerns.

DMS (The loan shop), we just got done dealing with them and we did not have a problem with them. We dealt with a lady named Rachel and she was very nice and very helpful. (Just got refund check today!) We also have a loan with United Cash Loans, and we have emailed them numerous times and have not head back from them. Have already had one payment reversed by our back on them. Have an email address for dms if you need it.

They are all rip off's so remember that when dealing with them. If you continue to read what has been written at this site you will realize that. Had it not been for THIS site, I would still be consumed with worry and dread.
TODAY, I got them off my back. TODAY! I called the Attorney General's office in my state and they said they were against the law in Arkansas. I called all of them, told them what I learned and told them I would pay the difference between what the loan amount was what I had already paid. Every single one of them agreed without any kind of fight. Apollo funding thought she could intimidate me a bit by saying it had become a 'federal' issue because Apollo is a subsidiary of US National Bank. Did not work on me. I said, "That being said......it is against the law for you to operate in Arkansas. This is what I am willing to do and if that is not acceptable, I will file a complaint with the Arkansas AG office." It was over. Completely over. I am so thankful and so relieved. Don't send them another cent until you do your homework.
