I really don't think so--however, what you might want to do is go to the Dept of Corp's website and check to see if these PDL's are licensed in California. If they're not, that's a good development for you--in that you have more of a leg to insist that your account is marked PIF.

I am dealing with the DOC in Cal.. takes time but they will do something. I have a person that is handling the 2 I filed on.. So file with the AG and the DOC.. but keep calling they wont call you..

Yeah,like any gov. dept in California, takes a long time!!
