Some payday lenders put in their contracts a voluntary wage assignment. Notice the word "voluntary? This means that you have voluntarily given them the right to pull funds from your pay check. You can revoke this by simply writing them a letter. I emailed first, faxed and then sent a certified letter to them revoking this voluntary wage assignment. You have EVERY right to pull it from them being that if is voluntary. You may want to inform your HR department about this revocation that you have placed. Just so they don't sneak one in there on you. You can google revocation for wage assignment or find many examples in these forums. It is a very simple process.

Also wanted to let you know that I came here with a total of 10 (just counted this morning) pdls, I am still working on them. What state are you from? Do you know the laws in your state? These forums are full of good information that could help you regain control. Alot of good folks here have dealt with the same companies and will share their experience and strategies on dealing with particular companies. Some folks even get refunds. Be as honest as you can, cause everyone of us has been there and we can help you. Hang in there!
