According to the information in which I have received so far from this forum I have overpaid. Could someone tell me if I have this right according to Florida guidelines/laws.
On a $300.00 loan I should have paid $335.00?
On a $250.00 loan I should have paid $280.00?
On a $350.00 loan I should have paid $390.00?
On a $200.00 loan I should have paid $225.00?
On a $450.00 loan I should have paid $500.00?

Who is the loan company? Are they adding excessive charges to your account? If it's an online lender, they need to have a legitimate business in your state with a valid license. Get their feedbacks from your state attorney general's office.
