court summons

I got a summons from a lawyer representing cach. The first thing I did was send a debt validation letter. You can find a copy of one to use here, just google it.

After you send debt validation letter,answer summons to court.If you do not file answer or show up,they can and will seek a default judgement.

I am dealing with one right now, I would like to know if there was a place where I could find out how much they purchased this debt for? Does anyone know?

You can ask for this information during court phase. You would need to file discovery motions.
