If the accident is your fault you have to cover all the legal fees and court costs.
What kind of debt do you currently have? You made a good choice to pay the court stuff first, as that has serious consequences when you don't pay. You should figure out exactly what you owe and to who and how much you can pay each month. Then you can decide if you need profesional help by way of a debt counselor, debt consolidator, or debt settlement. You can also do it yourself. Once you know what you can pay each month, call up your creditors and tell them the situation. Tell them you would like to get things back on track and set up a payment plan. Then stick to it. If you default on this they will be less likely to try and work with you again. Most decent creditors will be willing to work with you if you show them that you want to pay your bills, and were not trying to avoid them.
