Well, as of right now I am only woeking part time and paying my car. I also have a 9 month old and am 4 months pregnant with my second child. I know its going to be hard as it is, and next income tax I will be working full time and want to buy my kids a house. I want thenm to have a house with a back yard that they can run around in. This year I wanted to turn in my car and get a Honda mainly becuase of how much gas it will save me. But they wont let me beacause with my current car I have late payments. I would really like to be able to give my children everything and I know that my credit score is going to hold me back.
Please Help!

Don't know much about your situation, you can get alot of credit advice here. Ask your questions and someone will answer.
As far as the housing situation have you thought about habitat for humanity or the fannie mae foundation fanniemaefoundation.org/about/index.shtml
habitat.org

These are both organizations that work with individuals that would not otherwise afford a home. Check out their web pages and see what they have to offer. goodluck.

I used to work for a non profit in my area, we referred alot of individuals to fannie mae and habitat. You may also want to check the redevelop agency in your area. They also helped clients get into homes. You really have to look and see what is out there in your area, HUD sponsors alot of federal money to go into housing ownership programs.
