what does CHLD/CBSD on my credit report mean?


Many people are seeing CHLD/CBSD in their reports lately. Did you ever have an account with them? Call 1-866-875-5488 and inquire about it.

CHLD stands for child. MY account with the childrens place at the mall shows up as CHLD/CBSD on my credit report.

Acronyms like CHLD/CBSD or THD/CBSD, stand for a store credit card and the bank that issued it. The store name (or acronym) is before the slash, for instance: "THD" is The Home Depot; and the bank name is after the slash: "CBSD" stands for CitiBank South Dakota.
