CC SFT/CBSD shows in my credit report

On my credit report is a CC SFT/CBSD with a post box in Haggerstown Maryland. Does anyone know what that is?

I know that the CBSD stands for Citibank, but I'm not sure of the other part.

Best guess I could find on citigroup web site is sears financial owned by citibank
