Here is what I have done, contact each creditor and get a complete statement of your transactions, when did your payments begin to slip, what was the interest rate when you opened the account, has that changed and if so, why. Decide how much you can and will actually pay, don't make it so hard to not be able to eat. Dr/dentist bills do not get reported to credit agencies unless they go to collections, so work on the ones that do 1st.
Talk to each creditor and explain the problem. Most will waive late fee's/interest at least for a little while. But even if you can only send 10.00 to each, it is a good faith effort.

Everyone here has some type of debt be it pdls, credit cards and the like so we all are or were in the same boat that you are in. You should concentrate more in increasing your source of income. Maybe, a part time job will be of great help at this moment. This way, you won't have problems in rolling your daily expenses as well as paying debts under any debt management program.
