How soon does a Cashcall loan go to collection?

I'm not sure about that one b/c I've never dealt with them. How far are you behind on payments?

Also, have you been in contact with them about this? A lot of times communication can help things.

I am current, but I have entered into debt settlement, and the person I am working with says it might be best to let this account go to collections, since other companies may not be willing to settle if they see Cashcall has been repeatedly paid on time.

Every company's time frame for collections is different, at least the companies I've dealt with are. I have one credit card that went to collections after 90 days and then another after 120 days.

Go on their website and asked them how their default process works. Act like you are thinking about taking out a loan, new customers get more information than an existing one. Or call them and act like a new customer. I got lots of information from cashnet this way, they were more than happy to answer my questions because they wanted my business.

At this point, I don't mind if it goes to collection, since my credit is already shot as it is. I just don't want them harassing my relatives.
