Bass and Associates, formerly known as Ellis Crosby, formerly known as whatever it was before that. Who knows, when you get forced to close up shop, you will find another name for it.

9378 Arlington Expressway #323
Jacksonville, FL 32225
UPS Store, not even a real address, how lame

I must say that your days of calling hard working people and threatening them with arrest and accusing them of white-collar crimes is numbered. I have joined forces with certain agencies; agencies with actual licenses, and together we will get the word out about you and the tactics you utilize, which are clear violation of federal laws. I do hope that you enjoy reading all about your scam agency on my site, as well as on other forums and websites. Just 'Google' your current company name, and see what comes up. I made sure to include the illegal practice that you use to intimidate people into giving you money. Most people have paid back more than they owed in the first place. How dare you bully and harass people at their places of work. You do realize that I have had many people record their calls from you, and yes, the Attorney General of Florida, as well as many other states are investigating you, and you attempt to pass your self off as a legitimate agency. You are pathetic and the only reason that you call people and threaten them, is because you have low self esteem, and try to act tough on the phone. I understand that some of your employees possess arrest records, and have actually spent time in jail. I am sure that you are well aware of it. The turn over is so high, so I can see why you get desperate when calling a consumer. You are being watched, and you can tell those thugs in New Zealand, I-Collect, that they too have numbered days. Besides, they are covered by American laws. What good are laws though, when even you don't follow them? It must be frustrating to get knowledgeable people answering the phone, who can recite the laws in which you are violating. You then lose all phone professionalism when confronted with consumer laws. Tell your employees that they need to find a new job soon, and to make it a legal job. I will close for now, but we shall talk again, very soon.

Yes, I go after them. I call them whenever I get bored. I truly do. They end up hanging up on me. I want to be their best of friends, but they don't want me as a friend. I can't see why...lol. I even call David Jacobs cell phone at all hours in the night. I want to chat, but he does not wish to chat at 2:30 in the morning...I just don't get it. I am their shadow, whether they like it or not.
