I got an email this morning saying I had a private message in waiting for me. I cant get any new messages right now. Help! Thanks :D

Hi Tweety, alerts are sent in the emails when a new PM arrives. If you have already read the message, it will still come up in the email as a reminder. See the date when the email was sent and match it with the PM on that date. You will understand it.
