Preferred Cash and One Click Cash are the same company

Yesterday my mom received a phone call from the AG office in New York and spoke with a lady named Jennifer. She stated that NY is suing Preferred Cash and One Click Cash for charging excessive interest. From the way I understand it, the AG office will be sending her paperwork to fill out and get notorized. Looks like this company has just been busted!
