Does anyone have any information on arrowhead? I called sometime ago and the girl on the phone set me up with payment arrangements. I told her the state law deal and that other lenders were dealing with me on my state law. She said they are simply to small to give me that kind of break, they can't afford to. How would you respond to that. I thought about getting a doing the math, getting a money order and sending it for what my state says I have to pay, they have already made profit off me.

So if I am contacted by bass and associates, should I make them validate? I faxed them a letter today, telling them the same information that I talked to them about over the phone about a month ago. What I should be paying according to Pa law, etc. I did file a complaint with the Pa attorney generals office about them and their violation of Pa law. I did fax them a copy of that along with the copy of Pa law in my request that the balance due reflect my figures according to Pa law.

Have you dealt with them brown sugar?

Bass has called me with their threats, but I filed a complaint with the Florida AG's office and I haven't heard from them since. Bass is under investigation though.

I guess I-Collect is a collection agency, but I was never contacted by them. I only knew about my loan going to them after Arrowhead informed me of it. I called I-Collect and they had told me that Bass has my account. Do a google search on this site for I-Collect and you should find a # for them and what others had to say.

Companies sell the bad debt to Icollect and then Icollect uses other collection companies to do the actual collecting. IF you are having problems you can call ICollect at 866-856-1024 to get more information. IF you call the original companies when problems begin they would be able to work something out with you. It is when you wait that it gets sold.
