All the best!! Did the lawyer say anything about your winning the case? He must have prepared a strong defense for you in the court.

Well, at this point he just told me how to answer the summons so they did not win by default. I typed everything up and submitted to the prothonotary office on friday, the clock was ticking away and I wasn't letting them win by default. He told me he would review the information if I mail it to him and do a counter suit if it warranted it. Of course, he will make money if he wins. I am getting the information out to him this week. We shall see!

I'm glad to hear that he was able to help you answer the summons, especially free of charge. That is almost unheard of these days. What counter claim are you thinking of doing? We have less than two weeks to respond to our claim with Beneficial. We're meeting with the lawyer later this morning. Keep your fingers crossed for us :-) My husband thinks I'm **** because I prepared a long list of questions but he also knows I'm just trying to help him out.

I am glad that they won't win by default. My philosophy is; if your gonna go down, go down fighting. You can borrow my qoute anytime...lol.
