Just wanted to hear some advice about a couple of disputed items on my credit report. One is a cellular bill the other is a cable bill. I've never had either account and as it is apparent that somehow these account are credited to me or someone opened them with my name and information. All help is appreciated.

Good morning Ebola216,
Have you been to the Federal Trade Commissions webpage on disputing debt on your credit report? Here is the link http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/credit/cre21.htm
The entire process is on this page from beginning to end. Was not sure what your question was, but I hope this helps. Have a good day!

If this is truly not your accounts,it is really easy to fix.Facta amendments to the fcra give you rights to dispute id theft accounts. Go to www.ftc.gov and read their info on their identity theft site. Download identity theft form.Fill out and notarize it. Send notarized copies of it to each credit bureaus as well as the original creditors.Place 90 fraud alerts in report at each bureau and ask to be placed with their fraud/special handling dept.Once you assert these rights that it is not you,all info must be removed and accounts cannot be tied to you.
