Well express cash sent me arenewal form in "dkmsmarketing" another name but the same phone number lol. The other two no one ever picks up just straight voice mail so I just left them detailed messages..

did you try a consoliation company..talk to britneysbald she gave me the name of one and they were actually very good with me todaya and now the other eight loans are gonna be consolidated

I talked to a consolidation company and the lady there said they don't touch payday loans. She said I really didn't have any options but to either file bankruptcy or close my checking and deal with it from there. I can't file bankruptcy right now do to some other circumstances and I don't know what to do.

Hang in there. Have you filed complaints with the Attorney General's office yet? Do it with your state and their's. I did, and I was able to get mine marked Paid in full. You will be out of this mess before you know it. And who cares if they hassle you for closing your account, you need to take back control of your finances. Just be prepared for some nasty calls with false threats of arrest and fraud charges, all bogus threats. You are going to come out of this fine.

What is the best way to deal with these PDLs? Should I contact the AG in Florida? I cant get my bank to close my account and I cant find the letters online that fedupinpa posted.
