does anyone have any contact on astro lending? i want to pay them off but can't find the loan documents. Thanks.

They are calling me at work and threatening me and wanting to talk with my supervisor!

I never received my payday loan from Astro Lending. What is going on with my account?

I had gotten the PIF letter from Astro, I had decided that since they took so many shots in PIF. I would send a 2nd letter to them asking for the refund again. They declined again with the same form letter that was my PIF letter. I sent one more and they agreed to mail me a cashier's check for half of the amount $400 (over paid $800). I didn't think I would ever see it, but what do you know... I got a check in the mail today. I took it to a check cashing place :) Just incase they were fishing for my deposit account numbers.

Why would you get the loan on line if you have no intent to actually pay it back? That is fraud fraud fraud

I do not think anyone stated they were not paying back anyone here. You must be confused.

I have been a prompt payer of my loans to Astro Lending. However, I recently experienced a setback with my mother needing a major eye surgery and requested an extension or to pay the loan on my next payday. Their message states that they will get back with you in one business day, but this never happened. however, promptly on my payday the amount was ACHd. Is there some way that i can seek a legal injunction against this company? They are not willing to assist their loyal customers and I want to stick it to them. Yes, i called in well before the loan was due, still no response to date.
