Is credit solutions of america company legit/helpful?

Anytime you are seeking help with your finances, whether it be consolidation or settlement, you should always check the Better Business Bureau report on the company you're looking at. That will provide you some detail on how many customers have filed complaints about them, what type of complaints they were, and what the company did to resolve them, if anything.

i checked the BBB report on credit solutions of america and they have a ton of complaints. I also checked out there web site and I don`t show that they are members of either TASC ( the association of settlemnet companies) or USOBA ( United States Organizations for Bankruptcy Alternatives ). Beware of any settlement company that is not a memeber of either. You may want to check out another company. I have heard good things about Fidelity Reserves. They are members of USOBA and they have trained debt arbitrators and financial counselors according to there web site fidelityreserves.com. They do have a good rep with the BBB. Anyways whatever company you choose be sure to use the BBB and check them out.

I highly recommend that you DO NOT use Credit Solutions of America in Addison Texas for and debt help. Trust me I am an ex-employee I resigned the company about a month ago. The managers dont know what is going on. The reps do what they want to do, you will end up with a law suit with your creditors and the agents will tell you they will call you back and never do. They do not care about the clients there it is a bunch a games. They change management staff and CEO'S like there is no tomorrow.
