Hello and I want to begin by thanking everyone on this site for being so helpful. I read how many people's lives were helped from everyday people giving advise. Currently I have pdls from
Paydayok.com
soniccash.com
advanced america
Geneva Roth
tendollarpaydayloan.com (shows up MTE Financial on ACH)
cashnetUSA.com

I am pleading, does anyone know if any of these are illegal in PA, or if there is anything I can do. The longest payday loan I have had is with paydayok for almost 3 years! I know, like an idiot I would take out a loan, pay it back after a year, take out another one a couple of months later and each time for more money and longer. My most recent loan from 03/05 and is still open now and I paid so far $2,410.66. $500 with 24% Max PA interst yearly is $620. I am owed $1,790.66 and I don't know where to begin in getting my account paid in full, but a refund as well.
Does anyone have any experience with paydayok or any of the other one listed? I woul dlike to start small with paydayok and Advanced America and then tackle the other ones. These crooks have got to stop!

Hey all I'm back. Thanks 2nband for your prayers.

On a good note I called Advance America and they stated that once I default the $150 loan participation fee will stop. In other words I have to let it go and either do a stop payment or let the check bounce and then when it comes back to the office they will add a $20 bounced check fee to my tab and then I can make payment arrangements. The good thing is the $150 will stop. As long as payment arrangements are made, it will stay in the local office until paid off. Wish I knew that months ago. I would have done this much earlier. But like someone else said, it takes an expensive mistake. Anyways I plan on placing a stop payment today with the bank on that check and when it gets returned I'll call next week to pay off my principle. For anyone else who has business with them....let your check go and set up payments.

I have yet to hear back from Paydayok on my refusal to accept $500. It had almost been a week since their last reply

Anyways, I just wrote them again asking where my response to this is at. Hopefully I'll hear something soon

Thats what we did on our Advance loans. But here we don't have the extra fee. Just the interest for roll overs. My loan with the nsf fee was almost 1100 and hubby's was almost 1000. I started out paying each 50 per week. Then we both got laid off and I told them about that and told them I could only pay 25 per week on each and they accepted that. I wish I would have known that sooner myself. I was paying almost 300 in interest every 2 weeks on just mine. and hubby's was 265 every 2 weeks. and we did this for about 6 months. I think it pays to know the store manager also. Because if you have been a good customer for years (like we were lol) they are more willing to make arrangements with you.

Good luck CF with payday ok, I hope it turns out for you.
