The banner for the company just showed up here, and I clicked on it. The company is a payday loan debt settlement company. Has anyone ever been a client of theirs? How are they to work with? Do they have favorable results with the payday loan companies? Do you have to already be in default in order to become a client of theirs, or can they help you not go into default by coming up with a settlement plan for the pdls? Sorry for all the questions - I was shocked to see this debt settlement company for pdls. Any thoughts, reviews, comments, suggestions, and advice regarding Langhorne would be greatly appreciated, and I hope I haven't overstepped asking this question. Thanks to everyone for the help you are giving me tonight regarding my questions and concerns! It's greatly appreciated! :D

Goudah is right. There are several different opinions about this company. I would recommend reading the posts from different people who have dealt with them or have info on them and take it from there.

P.S. Don't ever feel you're asking too many questions or stepping on someone's toes. We'll all here to help each other in any way we can. Your questions are always welcome!

Im an active participant with Langhorne. What I have discovered from this forum is that some of the PDL's I have are from overseas companies that are illegal loans. With the interest/roll overs Ive already paid them - Im overpaid. Im in the process of asking Lang not try attempt to settle these accounts. (Why they would attempt settle with an illegal PDL to begin with - I dunno). Imho, armed with the knowledge from this site; Im gonna give it a go myself. Not necessarily getting any $ back, but paid in full letters would do. If you elect that route, Lang is plesant & professional.

Hi there!

I'm an active client with Langhorne debt solutions. Frankly, I found them on THIS forum and glad I did.

They are a top-notch firm. For the record, I DON'T work for them, just a client.

Their support staff is second to none and the owner/attorney, Dennis Williams, is a fair and firm man. Not only is he is nice guy, but he will arm you with oodles of info regarding the rules and regs of PDL's. (payday loans).

The golden rule is not to buy into a lender's scare tactics. Remain calm and collected. I retained Langhorne because I needed help and legal representation.

Any questions, send me a PM.

DO NOT USE LANGHORNE!!! I did, and now I'm doing everything I can to protest against them...AWFUL experience, and now I'm down $1,350. I settled the remainder of my loans on my own, and created a website to spread the word about this company, as well as share the tools you need to settle your loans on your own. Please check it out...

I am working with Langhorne, but they now have a new name, MyPayDayRelief, I believe, and they have been sending me emails. Does anyone know what is going on? I haven't heard from them and they haven't taken out any more money from my account. Neither has this new company. Is it a scam?
