I am in need of some help with 2 payday loan payments

What state are you in, and how much have you paid towards these loans so far?

I live in the Rhode Island U.S.A

I am currenttly 20 years old. I had a job but making only 8.50 an hour. I had car problems and need to get my engine and tranny fixed. So that is why I went with the loans. No I am currently out of a job and lookg for a new one. I get calls about2 times every weel from both companies. I figured I would be able to pay back but with out a job I can't do that anymore.

Have you paid anything to any of these companies? If so, how much have you paid them?

They will make arrangements with you and are more than fair...This is the only company that has helped me and been nice to me!

How much have you paid the Loanshop...They were nice enought to forgive my loan after paying them back in finance charges $1440..give them a call

I owed them 150 plus the fees which ended up being 192.50-they follow the laws in my state which are no rollovers so I didnt have any other fees. I am paying them the full balance as I feel since they are legally doing business and not ripping me off they deserve it

That is outrageous! Sorry to hear that..if it makes you feel any better I have a couple of others that have done the same to me and am in the process of sending them letters stating that they are paid in full since they didn't abide by the laws in my state....its all a terrible mess

I live in New Jersey and tried getting a payday loan. But apparently my information was given to a company called Ever Private Card and money debited from my account and after all this I never received the so called $200 I was approved for from the The Loan Shop.
My question is how can I stop this loan shop from giving my info out again and also since I never received the money will they try to take money from account as well? I have dealt with loan companies b4 but this is the worst experience. FYI- the best is mycashnow, never again will I stray!
