This happens quite a bit . . . People do a google search for a company, and since most of these pdl's don't have websites, the only hits they get is to this site.

Does the company name show up anywhere on your statement?
I would recommend going to your bank and disputing the transaction with them. Whoever took the money out will have to prove they had authorization. It will be much faster and easier then trying to get the company to give it back.
