Got cought off guard by Dental bills for emergency dental work. Car accident with Medical bills pilling up. Insurance won;t take care of it until they find fault.

Welcome to the Community :D You can call the medical providers and explain that you are waiting for the insurance, and keep bugging the auto insurance too!!I had to do that in an accident I had, I kept calling the auto insurance people and telling them there were bills to pay! Since you have registered, someone will contact you with options you may have regarding your finances, such as consolidation. In consolidation you can put all your unsecured debt into one monthly payment, usually with lower interest If you have any questions, please ask..KAren

How long has it been since the accident? I was in one once, and the service providers didn't start hassling me for payment until after 3-4 months...fault had been assigned at about that amount of time...

Did you get an attorney? I've been in a few fender benders, but save for one injury accident, I got attornies when I was injured. They usually have a networked with the chiropractic and medical (I would assume dental as well) community, and those providers don't come looking for payment until the accident has been completely settled.
