I mean you don't really know who they are so they have no reason to play in your bank until they tell you who they are. When you dispute be firm with your bank informing them to put the funds back and freeze the account so no else except you can access it.

I borrowed $300... they are threatening to make me pay $840. 900% interest rate! Look up the pdl laws in your state and find out where the interest rate is capped at. Here in Texas, it is only 10%.. You can sue them. Westbury Ventures (on the phone) also operates under the names Paragon Payday Loans(first time you talk to them), Zurich Ventures(through the BBB), and Broadmore Ventures(on paper). They do not have a business license, and are a fraudulent company. Do you have your contract? Contact a Lawyer because they are illegally taking money out of people's accounts without authorization. If you call them and pull your authorization, they CANT take money out. If they continue to, you can sue them! Many people already have, lets get this place out of business.

This company has been contacting me via email regarding a couple of unpaid payday loans that I have with them. They have threatened me that they are going to turn me over to Check Recovery and that they will trace my SSN and any bank accounts that I may have and will go in and take the money. Can they do this? I am having to close yet another bank account because of this. I have offered to send them money orders, but they state they cannot accept that form of payment, only ACH or Moneygram, which in the emails they have sent it states to send the payment to LTS Management. Can someone please help?

No, they can not just go in to a bank account and take money without your permission. You need to file a complaint with your Attorney General's office. Tell them you do not have a bank account and if they want paid they will give you an address, don't back down. They all have addresses and eventually cave in and give it to you. Also, let them know you are filing a complaint with your AG's office, they do not like this.

Hi I'm in need of some help. I got a letter in the mail from Westbury ventures saying that they are taking me to court if I don't pay them by the end of June for a loan I took out with Apollo loan group. They asked me to money gram 150.00 to them today and then next week and then i'm paid off with them. But the money gram is going to lts management....who are they? She said she will settle with me for $300.00 for the 250.00 loan I took out if I pay the two payments of 150.00 in June. Is she messing with me? I just wanna know if she is scamming me or not.

I ttok a loan out with Apollo about 30 days ago and it went into default. Then I got a leeter from westbury ventures saying that they are taking me to court if I don't pay them the money I owe them. At first she said I owed like 655.00 dollars on a 250.00 loan, and then she told me that i have to money gram two payments of 150.00 to her by the end of june or i had to pay the 655.00 plus they are taking me to lake county court. I reside in Indiana can anyone tell me what i should do? I don't want to send the money to her if it is fraud? but i dont want to go to court either.

I would hope that all who have been victimized by Westbury Ventures can get together and see if we can jointly file a lawsuit which would hopefully become a class action lawsuit. I believe that all including myself should be entitled to some sort of compensation for the harassment and probable fraud and/or misrepresentation committed by Westbury Ventures.

I live in TN and recently received a phone call on my cell phone (my home is private and unlisted) from a Mike James of Westbury Ventures. Payday loans? I don't have a payday loan out...If I do...I don't know about it...I haven't had one in 4 years. I certainly did not have this cell phone then and I wonder how they got my number...any suggestions?

I just received an e-mail from this Westbuty Ventures regarding deceiving a company who supposedly put funds into my bank account. I noticed that my e-mail address was not in the TO: of the e-mail. Is this a random e-mail being sent out to anyone who has an e-mail address? They say they have extended settlement offers, but I've never received anything from them until now. I haven't responded nor have I called them.

From all I am reading they appear to be pretty sahdy na dI ahve rec'd no contact from them at all just the transaction from my acct. I sure would like to know how they got access to my banking info to be able tp process this type of transaction.
