I am 9000 dollars in credit card debt. I just want to pay them all off and cancel them and start over. But I cant get a loan Im 19 and the debt just keeps getting worse with the over limit fees etc.. please help

Have you tried calling your credit card companies and seeing if you can work something out with them? That might be a place to start. Explain to them what your situation is and see if they will work with you.
How many cards do you have? Who are they with? Like 2nd band sai
How many cards do you have? Who are they with? Like 2nd band said they may work with you if this is in the early stages and you catch it before it goes into collection. You can google each of your cards on this site and see what success others have had dealing with these companies, or how they won't work with you.
