I have an account in montana which they took fees for payday loans out. It is in the negative. I thne moved to wyoming and opened a new account and a totally different bank and they are starting to take money out of there with out my permission to do so . what can i do with this. i also don't know of what companies i have payday loans through please help. I also want to find a debt relief place that i can consolidate all of these loans along with other unsecured debt. please help

FIRST-GO TO YOUR NEW BANK AND TELL THEM THAT THOSE ARE NOT AUTHORIZED DEBITS...HOW DID THEY GET YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION? Did you mail these places checks from the new account? You need to find out who you owe loans to and how much you borrowed and how much you have paid back....

Welcome to the Community :D Have you done a credit check with all three to see what's reporting? I would do this to see who's on the report. Also take care of the bank asap. They either got your info on your new account when you sent a check, or somehow you gave it to them. Since you are registered, someone will contact you and discuss what options you may have, such as consolidation. You can google the pdls in the box to the side of your screen to see what others have done about them. Good Luck-keep us posted..KAren
