Dear sirs, I had excellent credit history until I was deported. Now I want to reestablish my good credit history, and need an answer - CAN a credit company issue a credit card to a non-resident or non-citizen of USA? Where can I find legal info to print out? Many thanks

FCRA laws are different in each country. You will have to apply with new credit in the other country and put it in good standing. Your previous credit history will be of no use in the new place, but you can show a copy to put some good impression.
