Hope everyone is surviving the time change! We managed to get things changed, but am still dragging today. It took me forever to fall asleep last night. The ole' body was saying....."no, no, not bed time yet! Can't go to sleep yet! Time isn't right." It is definitly going to be a very long day!

I felt so bad for my kids this morning. They have to catch the bus at 6:30 AM and they were dragging so bad today. Even though they went to bed around the time they usually do according to the clock, they both had a hard time falling asleep. I hate them standing at the bus stop in the dark, even if it is at the corner of the street. We can see them if we stand in my daughter's room and look out the window, but still... A friend of mine said yesterday that we should only adjust the time a 1/2 hour and just leave it alone. Makes sense to me. :D

I had SUCH a hard time getting myself going yesterday after the time change. Sat around in my pj's until almost 1:00 p.m. - just couldn't get going at all. The fact that I couldn't go to sleep until 2 a.m. the night before probably had something to do with that, though. Still dragging a little today, but not too bad.

I don't know who came up with the idea of the time change in the spring and fall in the first place, but I think they should have just left well enough alone. I still say instead of the 1 hour time change, let's just adjust 30 minutes and leave it at that, compromise. :D Makes everyone happy.
