Regarding loan w/nationwide

Watch out!!!, i had a loan w/this company 3 years ago or more and thought it was paid off and in fact was not, i had a differ bank account then and now about 3 years later differ bank and account # they found my info somehow and without notifing me they took out a total of $250.00 out of my account and screwed it up big time

Hi Jenny, did you file a complaint against them with your state attorney general? A company must have the authorization before debiting the money from consumer's account. They must have notified you in advance and not informing about this is unlawful. File your complaints immediately and put Nationwide under investigation.
