Yes, this one called about a loan I have through Money World lending. When i told her oregon law only allows 3 rollovers, and that they have done way more than that, she hung up on me. I tried calling back and was hung up on again. When I called the third time, I was put on hold, and no one ever answered. All they say when they answer is Processing. I told my boss, and she said she won't cooperate with them

it is more probably a CA. And one of the not so nice ones either. I have had Bass & associates and united pay services/united processing/whatever else they are calling themselves now call me. Go ahead and let them talk to the administrator, but if they talk to them about your debt and how much you owe they are violating federal laws and you can nail them for that. The next time they call try and get and addy for them or see if the admin. can get the addy so you can send them a C&D letter. Tell her that you want the debt validated. Make sure you know your states payday loan laws so you can slap them at her the next time she calls. But like it is stated in prior posts you can not be arrested because of this loan.

Has anyone hear from these people. Their number is 904-725-0084.My husband was contacted by Processing Inc and they said it was a legal matter and charges were being filed against him. He called me upset so I called them and began to ask a bunch of questions then Ms Cindy Parker told me that the lawyer still had his case pending. But it was going to be filed with the courts in the city we live. When I asked if they were a collection agency she said that they needed to talk to my husband and not me. If he didn't contact them charges will be filed and he will got to jail. So I told her that I was going to call the courts in my town and she said that they don't have the info yet and that my husband needed to handle this not me and she then hung up.

You need to file a claim with your states AG because they cannot threaten charges unless they plan on filing them. But also saying that she is working for the government when she's not is against the law. You need to contact the FTC about this also. Also file a claim with Virginia's AG as well. I am assuming they are located in Virginia. If they call again tell them to send a DV to you. I haven't heard of this company before but that is not the way they are supposed to be doing business. So start contacting the AG's.
