This is grounds for a restraining order, also get statements from any and all witness' to them coming to your job. I would go to the courthouse, and file for a temporary restraining order against these thugs. Also, which collection agency are you talking about.

That is insane that a creditor would go to someone's place of work to try to collect on a debt. What state are you in? I can't beieve the nerve of some of the pdl's!!!

some of the storefront PDL's here do ,do that if they do not hear a response from you by calling all of the numbers you gave on the app. Then they will call your work to see if you are there and they will wait until the end of your shift and get you as soon as you walk out the door.

I live SC.Yes they will come in on your job here,no joke!!They found out that we now work for Wal-mart and went in there asking for the money or it will go to the legal Dept for Check N Go!!BUT here is the kicker of the whole thing is she "said" she was in there to do some "shopping".Before she left she had one gallon of milk.They have came to people home for the money I have seen this happen many many times.What have shock me is that no have goten shot yet.

I will tell you right now; anyone showing up at your job or your home to collect on a past due debt, is equivalant to a stalker. I would obtain a police report on them and a restraining order. I would file harassment, extortion and intimidation practice charges on them. You are in the position of power, not the bill collectors.
